Roberson Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Classes and Events:

Withdrawals that occur more than 14 days before the start of class/event (including workshops) will receive a full refund. Withdrawals that occur between 14 and 7 days before the start of class/event will receive a 50% refund. Withdrawals that occur less than 7 days before the start of class/event will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy for Rentals:

Cancellation by the Renter will be accepted only in writing and emailed to Roberson’s Rental Coordinator:

365 or more days prior to event: 100% of Rental Deposit
91 days to 364 days prior to event: 50% of the Rental Deposit
90 or fewer days prior to event: 25% of the deposit or 50% of total Rental Fee.

Renter shall not be entitled to a refund if cancellation is given 5 days or less before the Event.

Refund Policy for Museum Tickets:

Admission purchased at the museum must be used immediately, and is only valid on the date of purchase.
Admission tickets purchased online do not expire, and may be used for general admission during regular operating hours on any day that the museum is open to the public. This is includes Family Day events such as Space Day, Easter Eggstravaganza, Rocks and Fossils Day and Halloween Spooktacular. 

Refund Policy for Camps:

Camp deposits are non-refundable.

Support provided by the general operations support grants from the United Cultural Fund, a program of the Broome County Arts Council; the Conrad and Virginia Klee Foundation; the Zoos, Botanical Gardens and Aquariums Program, administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreational, and Historical Preservation; and the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
