Who were Margaret and Alonzo?

Roberson Family History invite you to take a deeper look at the Museum’s founders by viewing the day-to-day items once used, worn, and appreciated by Alonzo and Margaret.

Located on the second floor of Roberson Mansion, where the pair would strip back their public personas, this exhibition includes a selection of Mrs. Roberson’s treasured hats, works from Alonzo’s favorite local painter, and a deeper look into the design choices made when building Roberson Mansion.
