Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year as Roberson Museum transforms into a dazzling winter wonderland for its 71st annual Home for the Holidays. Running  November 20 – January 9, this cherished community tradition invites visitors of all ages to share in the spirit and joy of the holiday season.

This year’s celebration features more than 125 beautifully decorated holiday trees, each uniquely styled by local businesses and organizations. Guests can also explore the beloved International Forest, where dozens of ornate displays showcase festive traditions and cultures from around the world.

Festivities kick off on Thursday, November 20 from 11 AM – 9 PM. Visitors will be among the first to see this year’s enchanting displays. Guests are also invited to join us at the Museum’s main entrance on Friday, November 21 at 5 PM,  for the official lighting ceremony of the stunning entryway display—created and installed by BT-BOCES P-Tech students—while enjoying complimentary hot cocoa.

Throughout the season, guests can enjoy live performances from local musicians in the Mansion Library. On Saturdays, children can work on festive, hands-on projects in the Holiday Craft Corner.

Visitors can also enhance their experience with special winter-themed shows in Roberson’s Link Planetarium and guided tours of the beautifully decorated historic Roberson Mansion. Other special events include a Polymer Wreath Making Workshop on November 29, Breakfast with Santa on December 6, and an Ornament Painting Workshop on December 13.

Visit the Roberson Museum Shop for a curated selection of unique gifts perfect for everyone on your list. Plus, don’t miss the Roberson Clayworks December Studio Sale, held December 12–14 and December 19–21, showcasing hundreds of hand-crafted ceramic pieces.
